The ATB Financial Classic presented by TELUS reserves a minimum of five (5) positions in the tournament for Monday qualifyers. The qualifying tournament will take place on Monday, June 28th at The Links of Spruce Grove
The qualifying is open to both professionals and amateurs. Amateurs must have a handicap index of 5.0 or less.
The cost to qualify is $225.00 (including GST). Successful qualifyers will have this entry fee applied as a credit towards the ATB Financial Classic entry fee.
Conforming Clubs - Please Read
Canadian Tour members, Sponsor exemptions and successful Monday qualifiers are subject to the new 2010 groove rule.
All contestants MUST use equipment which conforms to the 2010 Condition of Competition for Groove Specifications as implemented on the local rules and Conditions of Competition (Hard Card). The complete specifications for grooves in elite competitions along with a public database listing conformity of many clubs can be found at USGA.org or by contacting the USGA Equipment Standards Department at (904 234-2300). Players should confirm that their equipment conforms to the new specifications well in advance of the competition and should be aware that conforming equipment must be used, even if a player is successful in the qualifying event.
